How trueband handles personal data

This policy explains the limited personal data used by trueband for website inquiries, purchases, customer access, support, and service measurement. trueband is the trading name of the individual supplier identified in a customer’s order confirmation or signed order.

Information we collect

We collect the information you submit in a demo or support request, basic information about how visitors reach and use the website, and the records needed for sign-in, subscription access, device management, support, and billing reconciliation.

Do not send confidential spectra through the public form. Imported spectra, datasets, monitors, investigations, actions, and reports remain in the local application workspace unless you deliberately export or transfer them.

Checkout and payments

Our payment provider processes checkout, identity, country, business, tax, payment-card, transaction, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information under its privacy notice. trueband does not receive or store payment-card details. We receive the limited customer, transaction, subscription, invoice, payment-status, and term information needed to provide access, support customers, reconcile billing, and keep accounting records.

Why we use information

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, assess compatibility, deliver and support Drift Watcher, authenticate customers, manage subscriptions and designated devices, reconcile billing, keep accounting and security records, prevent abuse, comply with law, and understand aggregate website performance.

Service providers and transfers

Information may be processed by service providers that support payments, website hosting, storage, security, email, and aggregate website measurement. These providers may process data in other countries subject to their terms and applicable safeguards. We disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
